Dear friend, firstly, really sorry for our long time transportation. But we indeed sent machine to your address. And I think I should make a explanation to customer and Alibaba about the whole issue.
Because customer has no forwarder in China, I help customer found a forwarder (Miss Du) who can send machine to Mexico(DDP). When the machine arrived Mexico warehouse, problem appeared. The detailed process is shown in Figure 1.
